Nusa Refund Policy
- All deposit payments are non-refundable
- All deposits and full amount payments are non-refundable during offer and discount periods.
General Terms and Conditions
- All remaining balances must be paid on the day of the appointment.
Cancellations
All cancellations must notify Amy at NUSA an absolute minimum of 48 hours before the appointment begins by emailing hello@nusastudio.co.uk.
At the discretion of NUSA, we may be able to reallocate you to an alternative, more suitable appointment date.
If the client does not provide a cancellation notice within the timeframe above, the client is liable for the full cost of the appointment.
